Graphica
in silico
Loreta
Abucaite Hornall
I call
it “graphica in silico” latin for manipulated
by computer.
My new
series of illustrations has gone digital even further. I used
selected fragments of 16th–19th century etchings and
woodcuts, and recombine them on the computer to illustrate
the subject matter at hand. Essentially it's a digital collage,
emulating Albrecht Durer, sort off, or I wish.
Art work
is printed on fine art watercolor paper with Ultra Chrome
Ink.
